Since 2018, Mr. Waltz has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Atkore. Prior to that, he served in several other Company executive roles, including Chief Operating Officer and Group President of its electrical business. From 2009 until joining Atkore in 2013, Mr. Waltz was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Strategic Materials, Inc., North America’s largest glass recycling company. Prior to that, he spent 15 years in various divisions of Pentair plc, including President-Pentair Flow Technologies. Mr. Waltz began his career at General Electric Company and as a Deloitte Management consultant. Mr. Waltz earned a Masters of Business Administration from Northwestern University, Kellogg Graduate School of Management, a Masters of Science in Computer Science from Villanova University, a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Pennsylvania State University, and was a graduate of General Electric’s Information Systems Management Program. In addition to serving on Atkore’s Board of Directors, Mr. Waltz serves as a Director of Quanex Building Products Corporation (NYSE: NX) and a Governor for the National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA).

Mr. Deitzer was promoted to this position in August 2024 after serving as Vice President of Finance – Electrical business unit. He joined the Company in 2019, serving as Vice President of Investor Relations and then quickly adding oversight of Environment, Social and Governance initiatives as well as the Treasury responsibilities.  Prior to that, Mr. Deitzer spent four years at Alcoa Corporation in Investor Relations and Management Consulting & Strategy roles. Mr. Deitzer also earned experience as Segment Manager and Global Account Manager at PPG Industries, with responsibilities for growing the company’s overall leadership position in the aluminum extrusion coatings business. Mr. Deitzer began his career with PPG, and served in various roles supporting customers globally. In addition, Mr. Deitzer held investor relations and corporate strategy roles during his tenure at H.J. Heinz Company. Mr. Deitzer earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Strategy from Carnegie Mellon University, Tepper School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.

Mr. Kelly joined Atkore in September 2013. For the past 20 years, Mr. Kelly worked in strategic legal officer roles within various businesses of ITT Corporation and Xylem, Inc., a 2011 spinoff from ITT. Most recently at Xylem, Mr. Kelly served as acting General Counsel with responsibility for all legal and compliance matters, including SEC filing, corporate governance oversight, intellectual property, acquisitions, contracts and litigation, as well held the role of Deputy General Counsel, Litigation and Contracts. Before that, he was VP and General Counsel of ITT Fluid and Motion Control, covering all of ITT’s commercial businesses and prior to that, he was VP and General Counsel of ITT Defense Electronics and Services. Mr. Kelly also spent three years at ITT Corporation as Deputy General Counsel, Director Field Legal Support, where he provided business and legal counsel for the company’s three global operating groups. Mr. Kelly’s career began at Sidley & Austin with an antitrust and commercial litigation practice. Mr. Kelly earned a Juris Doctor cum laude from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service with a focus on International Economics from Georgetown University.

Mr. Lamps has led this business since his promotion into the position in March 2019 with responsibility for products and services that frame, support and secure component parts in a broad range of structures, equipment and systems for electrical, industrial and construction applications. Mr. Lamps joined the Company in October 2018 as Vice President-Business Development & Strategy. Prior to that, Mr. Lamps was Vice President-Technology for nVent LLC, where he was responsible for leading new product development and digitization activities. Prior to that, Mr. Lamps held numerous leadership roles during his 23-year tenure at Pentair, LLC, including Vice President-Technology, Product Management and Strategy for Pentair Electrical; Vice President & General Manager-Pentair Equipment Protection, in addition to residing in China during a four-year international assignment as Vice President & General Manager for Pentair Technical Products-APAC. Mr. Lamps also held engineering positions at General Motors Corporation, after initially starting his career at Accenture. Mr. Lamps earned a Master of Business Administration from Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, as well as a Master of Science in Manufacturing Systems Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.

Mr. Pregenzer was appointed to this position in October 2020 with responsibility for products used in electrical systems to safely deliver power from the source to the point of use. Prior to that, Mr. Pregenzer was promoted in September 2018 to the position of President for the Conduit & Fittings business unit. Previously, Mr. Pregenzer was Vice President and General Manager of the Plastic Pipe and Conduit strategic business unit, a position he held since joining Atkore in July 2015. Mr. Pregenzer has spent the majority of his career in executive sales, marketing, and operations positions with Georg Fischer AG, a Swiss based industrial products manufacturer. During his tenure, Mr. Pregenzer held positions of President and Managing Director for Georg Fischer Piping Systems LLC and Georg Fischer Sloane, Inc., in addition to positions of Director of Marketing, Director of Product Management, and Regional Sales Manager. Prior to that, Mr. Pregenzer worked in specialized industrial distribution and mechanical contracting businesses. Mr. Pregenzer earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business and a Bachelors of Accountancy from the University of San Diego. He also received a Certificate in Strategic Management from IMD Business School in Switzerland.

Mrs. Lowe has held this position since 2019 with responsibility for talent acquisition and development, onboarding and immersion, leadership training, employee development, employee and labor relations, payroll as well as compensation and benefit programs. Beginning in 2016, Mrs. Lowe served as Vice President-Group Human Resources, where she was responsible for driving human resources alignment and synergies across both Atkore operating segments. Prior to that, Mrs. Lowe served as Vice President-Human Resources for all electrical-related businesses within the Company. Mrs. Lowe initially joined the company in 2014 as Vice President-Human Resources for Atkore’s plastic pipe and conduit strategic business unit. Previous to Atkore, Mrs. Lowe held human resources roles with progressive responsibilities at Trinity Industries, Parker Hannifin Corporation, and Reckitt Benckiser where she was a strategic business partner to enhance the capability, diversity, culture and organizational structure that drove productivity, customer service and overall profitability. Mrs. Lowe began her career in finance and accounting roles at International Paper Company. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Mississippi College.

Mr. Dulfer was promoted to this position in August 2024, after serving seven years with the Company as Senior Director of Infrastructure and Cybersecurity.  During that time, he held responsibility for the Company’s global IT infrastructure, including all data center operations, service desk, and communications infrastructure, as well as the Company’s global cyber security strategy and internal controls. Prior to that, Mr. Dulfer was Senior Director-Information Technology at Kellogg Company with responsibility for all unified communications and collaboration technology, end user computing platforms and office-based technology globally.  Mr. Dulfer began his career at Motolora, where, during his 25-year tenure, he held roles of increasing responsibilities focused on global IT strategy, technology platforms, applications and services.  Mr. Dulfer earned a Master of Business Administration from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from DeVry Institute of Technology.

Ms. Kidd has held this position since March 2019 with responsibility for enhancing Atkore’s presence in the marketplace regarding its Electrical business, building stronger relationships with key decision makers and promoting the Company’s collective product offerings to customers. Ms. Kidd initially joined Atkore in 2017 as Vice President and General Manager with P&L responsibility for its conduit and cable fittings business. Prior to that, Ms. Kidd served as Vice President-AMETEK, where she focused on industrial R&D and quality instrumentation markets. Prior to that, Ms. Kidd was president of Faradyne Motors, delivering measurable results around sales, profitability, ROI, and productivity. Ms. Kidd began her career at Rockwell Automation, where she held progressive leadership roles in electrical sales and product management. During her 17-year tenure, she was responsible for driving growth; implementing selling strategies for new global revenue; identifying new channels to market; developing strategic regional marketing plans, and launching commercial sales programs. Ms. Kidd earned her MBA from Virginia Polytechnic University and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Marquette University.

Mr. Kline was appointed to this position in February 2024 to oversee the Company’s treasury and investor relations functions, including responsibility as primary point of contact and strengthening relationships with shareholders, industry analysts and the financial community in general. Prior to this role, he held dual responsibilities at Atkore as Vice President & General Manager for the Fiberglass Conduit business as well Vice President – Finance for the Electrical business unit. Mr. Kline joined the company in 2014 as Corporate Controller, where he played a critical role in the Company’s initial public offering. Prior to Atkore, Mr. Kline was Director-Finance and Corporate Controller at Coleman Cable, Inc. and Segment Controller at Young Innovations, Inc. where he led SEC reporting, including preparation and filing of quarterly and annual financial statements and proxy. Mr. Kline started his career at Deloitte & Touche, where he held roles of increasing responsibility within Auditing and Enterprise Risk Services. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Butler University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Robins was named to this position in July 2012 after joining the company as Director-Strategic Sourcing in August 2009. Previously, Mr. Robins served from 2006 to 2009 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing Flat Rolled Steel NA for ArcelorMittal International, the international trading arm of ArcelorMittal. Mr. Robins prior experience included assignments at ThyssenKrupp NA, including Vice President – Operation and Quality for Copper and Brass Sales, Vice President Automotive Sales for ThyssenKruppNA, and Vice President – Purchasing for Thyssen Steel. Mr. Robins began his career at General Motors and progressed through a series of assignments of increasing responsibility in manufacturing and material management with both Chevrolet and the Truck and Bus Group. Mr. Robins earned a Masters of Business Administration from The University of Michigan, School of Business, and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University.

Mr. Stampfel has held this role since joining the Company in September 2019. Prior to that, Mr. Stampfel built more than 28 years of tenure at Eaton in roles of progressive responsibility across sales, marketing, operations, innovation and engineering services. During that time, Mr. Stampfel held the role of Vice President – Innovation and Strategy for the Electrical Systems and Services Group of Eaton. Prior to that, Mr. Stampfel was Vice President & General Manager for the Electrical Engineering Systems and Services Division. Mr. Stampfel also held the position of Managing Director-Eaton Industries (Netherlands) where he led the Electrical Solutions and Services business across the Netherlands, Belgium, UK and Abu Dhabi. During his tenure with Eaton, Mr. Stampfel also held roles of Plant Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Product Marketing Manager and Sales Engineer.

Mr. Stampfel received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Boston University and earned certifications in Lean Enterprise Systems Design and Leadership Development.

Ms. Winter has held this position since 2017 with responsibility for communications that build support for the company’s vision, values and strategies among employees, investors, civic leaders, media as well as the general communities in which Atkore has a presence. Previously, Ms. Winter held the role of Director-Communications for five years, after initially joining the company as Manager-Communications and Strategic Planning in August 2008. Prior to Atkore, Ms. Winter was Global Networking Marketing Manager at Panduit Corporation, a leading datacom and electrical networking solutions provider. Ms. Winter also was responsible for corporate branding, marketing communications and employee communications for roles she held while at TransUnion. Ms. Winter began her career at Ameritech/Illinois Bell, holding several internal and external communication positions of increasing responsibility. Ms. Winter earned a Masters of Science degree in Communications from Northwestern University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising from The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
