Michael V. Schrock, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Atkore International

Mr. Schrock is a senior operating advisor of Oak Hill Capital Partners. He retired in 2013 from Pentair LLC, a global water, fluid, thermal management, and equipment protection company. Mr. Schrock began his Pentair career in 1998, where he most recently served as President and Chief Operating Officer, beginning in 2006. His other roles at Pentair included President of Water Technologies Americas and President of the Pump and Pool Group and President and COO of Pentair Technical Products. Prior to joining Pentair, Mr. Schrock held numerous senior leadership positions at Honeywell International Inc. He currently serves on the boards of Berlin Packaging, MTS Corporation, and Plexus Corporation, as well as serving on the Board of Governors of the St. Thomas School of Engineering. Mr. Schrock earned a B.S. from Bradley University and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University.

Jeri L. Isbell

Ms. Isbell recently retired from her role as Vice President-Human Resources and Corporate Communications at Lexmark International, Inc., a leading developer, manufacturer, and supplier of printing, imaging, device management, managed print services, document workflow and business process, and content management solutions. During her 24-year tenure at Lexmark, she held a variety of senior roles, including Vice President of Compensation and Benefits, Vice President of Finance and Division Chief Financial Officer, and U.S. Controller. Ms. Isbell began her career at IBM. She currently serves on the boards of SiteOne Landscape Supply Inc., The Nature Conservancy (Kentucky Chapter), and the Graduate Degrees for Minorities in Engineering and Science (GEM) Consortium. Ms. Isbell earned a Masters of Business Administration from Xavier University, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Eastern Kentucky University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Wilbert W. James, Jr

Mr. James, Jr. recently retired from his role as President of Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Kentucky, Inc., which is Toyota Motor Corporation’s largest vehicle manufacturing plant in the world by capacity. Mr. James began his career with Toyota in 1987, where he held various roles, including his current position, which he has held since June 2010. Mr. James serves on the boards of Central Bank & Trust Co. and the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce. Mr. James also is a trustee of the National Urban League and a member of the Executive Leadership Council. Mr. James earned an Associates in Applied Science from Old Dominion, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Old Dominion University, as well as an honorary doctorate of engineering from the University of Kentucky and an honorary degree from the University of Pikeville in 2015.

Betty R. Johnson

Ms. Johnson is the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of MYR Group Inc., a publicly traded, North American electrical contractor specializing in transmission, distribution, substation, commercial and industrial construction. Prior to MYR Group, Ms. Johnson held various executive positions within manufacturing and construction industries, including chief financial officer roles at Faith Technologies, Inc., Sloan Valve Company, and Block and Company, Inc. In addition, Ms. Johnson has eleven years of audit experience for construction, financial services, and manufacture and distribution industries during her tenure at Deloitte and Touche. Ms. Johnson previously served on the MYR Group board of directors from 2007 to 2015 before joining the company’s executive leadership team. Ms. Johnson earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Loyola University, Chicago and is a certified public accountant.

Justin A. Kershaw

Justin Kershaw is Chief Information Officer and Corporate Vice President of Cargill, Inc., a leading provider of food, agricultural, financial and industrial products. Previously, he was Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President at Eaton Corporation plc from 2006 to 2012. Mr. Kershaw worked at W.L. Gore and Associates, Inc. from 1996 to 2006, including serving as Chief Information Officer for nine years. Prior to W.L. Gore, he worked at General Electric Corporation for eight years, where he held various roles in software and system engineering. Mr. Kershaw earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from LaSalle University.

Scott H. Muse

Mr. Muse recently retired after a 35-year career in the lighting and electrical industry. Most recently, he was President of Hubbell Lighting and Group Vice President of Hubbell Incorporated, one of the largest lighting fixtures and controls manufacturers in North America. Prior to that, he was President of Progress Lighting then President and CEO of Lighting Corporation of America. Earlier in his career, Mr. Muse held management positions with Thomas Industries, American Electric and Thomas & Betts which included sales, marketing, operations and general management. Mr. Muse currently serves on the boards of the Peace Center for the Performing Arts in Greenville, S.C., The Children’s Museum in Greenville, S.C., YMCA in Spartanburg, S.C. and Greenville Technical College Foundation Capital Campaign. Mr. Muse earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgia Southern University which later honored him as the Business School alumnus of the year.

William R. VanArsdale

Mr. VanArsdale recently retired after a 42-year career with leading diversified industrial manufacturers. Most recently, he served as Group President for the Hydraulics, Filtration and Golf Grip Group, a leading manufacturer of systems and components for mobile and industrial applications, within Eaton Corporation. Prior to that, he was Operations Vice President-Global Sales and Service for the Cutler-Hammer business of Eaton, and then he was named President, Electrical Components Operation for the same business. Previously, Mr. VanArsdale spent 12 years at Rockwell Automation serving as Vice President-Marketing for Control and Information Group and Director-Marketing for Sensing products. He began his career at Cutler-Hammer as a Sales Engineer, with progression to Product Line Manager, and Marketing Manager. Mr. VanArsdale earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Villanova University and completed the Wharton Executive Education program for Finance and the Harvard Business School Executive Education program for Strategic Planning.

William E. Waltz

Since 2018, Mr. Waltz has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Atkore International Group, Inc. Prior to that, he served in several other Company executive roles, including Chief Operating Officer and Group President of the Atkore Electrical Raceway reporting segment. From 2009 until joining Atkore in 2013, Mr. Waltz was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Strategic Materials, Inc., North America’s largest glass recycling company. Prior to that, he spent 15 years in various divisions of Pentair plc, including President-Pentair Flow Technologies. Mr. Waltz began his career at General Electric Company and as a Deloitte Management consultant. Mr. Waltz earned a Masters of Business Administration from Northwestern University, Kellogg Graduate School of Management, a Masters of Science in Computer Science from Villanova University, a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Pennsylvania State University, and was a graduate of General Electric’s Information Systems Management Program. In addition to serving on Atkore’s Board of Directors, Mr. Waltz serves as a Director of Quanex Building Products Corporation (NYSE: NX) and a Governor for the National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA).

A. Mark Zeffiro

Mr. Zeffiro is the former president and chief executive officer at Horizon Global, a designer, manufacturer and distributor of custom-engineered towing, trailering, cargo management and accessories serving the automotive aftermarket, retail, and original equipment channels. Horizon Global became a stand-alone, publicly traded company in June 2015 as part of the spin-off of TriMas’ Cequent businesses, where Mr. Zeffiro held the position of group president. Prior to that, Mr. Zeffiro was the chief financial officer responsible for investor relations, financial planning, business analysis, treasury, tax and systems and technology. Before joining TriMas, Mr. Zeffiro spent four years at Black and Decker Corporation as vice president of Finance for Global Consumer Products Group and vice president of Finance for the U.S. Consumer Products Group. Mr. Zeffiro began his career at General Electric Company, where he spent 15 years in roles of progressive responsibility, including chief financial officer of the Americas and Global Imaging Equipment division within the GE Medical Systems Group. Mr. Zeffiro earned a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Analytics from Bentley College.
